Founded in 1976, Shandong Yishui Longda Bio-Products Co., Ltd. is a large-scale manufacturing and trading enterprise of zymin. Now, Longda is the directors unit of Chinese Fermentation Industry Association Zymin Special Interest Committee. In 2001, Longda was awarded as the key manufacturing enterprise in zymin industry of China. Moreover, Longda is the hi-tech enterprise of Shandong province and is approved as the ISO9001 certificated company by Kosher, USA. With the design throughput of 50,000T/A, Longda's production level ranks first position and its production scale ranks second position in this industry of China. At present, Longda mainly offers 5 series (Glucose Amylase, Alpha-Amylase, High Stateα-Amylase, Cellulase, and Fungusα-Amylase) and over twenty kinds of products. Longda always lays great stress on the technical advancement; we aim to get development by adopting the leading technology. Up to now, Longda has experienced great development and obtained excellent achievements. We install our bio-technology development centre and become the bioengineering pilotscale experimental base of famous Universities and institutes, including The Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMCAS), Shandong University, The Institute of Microbiology, Shandong Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Industry Institute of Microbiology, and so on. During the period of "Ninth-five-year program" of China, we have finished ten province grade or above of research projects, some achievements filled the Chinese blank, and two of them got the technical advancement awards of Shandong province.
